"I had the privilege of seeing Amanda Jacobs in action at the Australian Sailing Club Conference this year, where she presented on the SheLeads program, which is designed to empower women to take up leading roles in promoting and managing sailing.
I was so impressed with Amanda’s presentation skills, her organised thoughts and her obvious passion for her topic. I felt she was the most effective communicator of the many presenters on the day. I look forward to working with Amanda on future projects to promote sailing in Australia….I feel she will be a great asset for our sport."
Alistair Murray AM, Vice President, Australian Sailing

I mentor and coach women in sport
One of the best investments a person can make in their career is a professional coach or time with a mentor. Women working in sport are familiar with the team of high performance specialists who partner with an athlete. Our careers are just as valuable and important. A good mentor and professional coach will help you navigate your career, support your growth and leverage your strengths so that you can move forward and be the very best version of you.
"Amanda's mentoring has been invaluable for my event's career. She has inspired me, challenged me and motivated me to be the best event manager I can. With her guidance I've been able to begin a very successful events career"
I facilitate leadership and communication programs for women in sport
Women are under-represented in leadership roles in sport.
Change is taking place right now across the country. I am excited and privileged to play a part in offering more women the opportunity and conviction to share their ideas. Ultimately it is our sport clubs and games which will reap the benefit of greater diversity and gender equality in leadership and decision making.
If you would like to know more about facilitated leadership and communication programs please get in touch or book into the next group workshop here.
"This program empowers women to reach their potential. It explores and practices the skills and techniques to grow into a confident female leader."
